Life Savers: Hero Citizens

It’s amazing how often the stories of law abiding citizens who use a gun to save their lives or the lives of those around them, aren’t reported in the news.  I know, I shouldn’t be surprised anymore, given the clear leftward slant of the mainstream media.  But come one! Everything we here is bad news.  Someone died here.  There’s a fire there.  People are starving over there.

What about the good news.  The “hope”?!  The more you hear about a gun crime, the darker our world appears.  But what about the times, when there is a hero, that risks his life to save another’s?  The lighter the world becomes … right?

We need to see the good in the world, or else, it will be that much easier for us to throw our hands up in the air and give up.  Walk away.  Leave it for the wolves.  (I get that that’s what they want, but I’m not going to stand around and let them succeed).

I don’t know about you, but I’m convinced there is more good in the world than we think.  And by “good”, I mean, strong, intelligent, trained people of integrity … who refuse to be a victim.

Take these stories for instance:

Armed Citizen in TX Stops Shooting Spree and Saves Cop by Making 150+ Yard Shot with a Pistol

Now that’s an incredible story!

Or this story of how a career military man who’s retired from the U.S. Air Force saved his family from an erratically behaved intruder.

These men are heroes to the people they saved … and they should commended for their bravery and their integrity.

Please share these stories and others from our “Life Savers” series … if the main stream media won’t report on these stories, then we will do what we can to let them be heard!
